Job Description
Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS according to project requirements and company standards.
Ensure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS.
Maintain high data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines.
Drive efficient scope management throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate, document, and ensure approval of handover certificates such as RFCC and RFOC.
Facilitate handover reviews and support timely project delivery.
Promote collaboration between project teams, contractors, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE principles, management systems, and technical standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes, systems functionality, and completion methodologies.
Support safe, transparent, and predictable project execution and handover activities.
Krav
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from oil & gas projects within engineering, fabrication, construction, or commissioning.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PIMS CMS.
- Good understanding of LCI processes and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong focus on HSSE and quality throughout all project phases.
