Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Cambi is a world-leading provider of sustainable technology solutions that enable cities to turn wastewater sludge into valuable resources. We are a medium-size, Norway-based multinational company listed in Oslo on Euronext Growth, with offices in several countries.

About the Role

As a CFO, you will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, accounting, and financial operations. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitable growth, support strategic decision-making, ensure strong financial governance, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Cambi’s financial strategy, driving growth, operational improvement, and scalable financial processes.
• Lead the evaluation of strategic opportunities including projects, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and international expansion initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Board, investors, and executive leadership team on financial performance, strategy, risks, and business decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, tax, internal controls, and governance.
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis on profitability, cash flow, and project performance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and capital planning.
• Deliver quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting with a strong focus on transparency, quality, and compliance.
