We are looking for an Engineering Tools and Processes Manager to strengthen our engineering organization and support our continued growth. You will be responsible for developing and improving our engineering tools and processes, including PLM and CAD systems, and play an important role in ongoing initiatives such as the evaluation and implementation of a new PLM system.
Duties and responsibilities
- Own and develop the engineering tools landscape and toolchain strategy, including PLM, CAD, and related systems
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the PLM system, ensuring integration with CAD, ERP, and other systems
- Develop and improve cross-functional engineering processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and high data quality
- Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and IT to align tools and ways of working
- Establish and follow up KPIs for tool performance and process efficiency
- Ensure training, support, and strong user adoption of tools
- Manage tool-related budgets and vendor relationships

Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant leadership or managerial experience.
- Proven experience working with and managing engineering tools such as PLM or CAD.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, standards, and documentation.
- Good project management skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
