OSM Thome | Offshore is looking for a dedicated Vessel Manager to strengthen our offshore technical team in our Arendal, Norway office. As Vessel Manager, you will take full responsibility for the technical management of assigned vessels, leading operations to deliver best-in-class performance. You will be the link between ship, shore, and client - ensuring smooth collaboration and operational success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical and financial management of vessels
- Plan and follow up on maintenance schedules, budgets, yard stays, and dockings
- Ensure compliance with class and flag state requirements
- Coordinate daily operations between vessels, management, and clients
- Lead and manage performance of the top 4 officers onboard

Krav
- Higher education in marine technology/engineering (MSc/BSc) or higher maritime education with relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing offshore vessels.
- Strong command of English, both written and oral.
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems.
- Ability to lead and manage the performance of the top 4 officers onboard.
