Account Manager
Øglænd System is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team in Rogaland. In this role, you will develop strong customer relationships and drive growth with some of our most important clients within offshore and new energy segments. You will join a well-established industrial company with strong market positions and excellent opportunities for long-term career development.
What does the role involve?
At Øglænd System, our sales team plays a key role in our success. As an Account Manager, you will focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Develop and grow a defined customer portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Plan and execute customer visits across your territory
- Manage and maintain a structured pipeline in CRM (SFDC)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Take ownership of sales performance within your region

Krav
- You have experience from technical sales or other customer-facing roles.
- You possess technical understanding and confidence in presenting solutions.
- You have experience with CRM tools such as SFDC or similar systems.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
- You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B) and are willing to travel across Norway.
