Join our growing Instrument team in our state-of-the-art offices in Jåttåvågen in Stavanger. We are strengthening our Instrument organization in Stavanger and are looking for Instrument Engineers who want to develop their skills in a highly competent and collaborative environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Work in modification, maintenance and energy projects for major industry clients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Contribute to instrument, automation and control system engineering.
  • Support development of smarter and more efficient engineering processes.
  • Explore opportunities within digitalization, programming and AI.
  • Build broad technical competence across multiple instrument disciplines.

Typical tasks may include but not limited to:

  • Field instrument engineering.
  • Automation and control systems engineering.
  • Fire & Gas systems engineering.
  • Instrument and valve specification.
  • Cable sizing and calculations.
  • Layout and installation design.
  • Technical procurement support.
  • Preparation of MTOs, requisitions and work packages.
  • Offshore surveys and site verification.
  • Supplier and client interaction.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of digital engineering tools and work processes.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation of engineering activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and disciplines.

Krav

  • You have 1–5 years of relevant experience.
  • You hold a BSc or MSc degree within Instrumentation, Automation, Cybernetics or a similar field.
  • You possess a strong willingness to learn and develop your professional skills.
  • You have a genuine interest in digitalization, AI, programming, and new technology.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • You show curiosity and motivation to challenge and improve existing work processes.
