About the role
You will be part of a product trio together with a Product Manager and Design Lead, working closely with a team of skilled software engineers. Together, you’ll shape and improve our Fleet Management product - a critical platform that enables scaling of CPR training globally.
This is a role where you stay close to the technology while also taking responsibility for people leadership. You’ll support your team’s growth, create clarity and innovation, and contribute technically.
What you will do
- Support, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
- Balance hands-on engineering with people leadership
- Help shape architecture, technical direction, and engineering practices
- Ensure high quality, stability, innovation and smooth operation of the services
- Explore and apply AI in a practical, meaningful way
Krav
- You have previous experience leading teams and possess an engineering and product mindset.
- You have experience contributing technically, such as in a role as a tech lead, senior engineer, or architect.
- You are motivated by building software products and bring a practical approach to new technologies.
- You hold relevant higher education, with a master’s degree being considered a plus.
