Office Coordinator
Behind every team solving a hard problem, there’s someone who makes the work possible. Do you want to be that person, at a company working on something that genuinely matters?
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an Office Administrator for a Norwegian technology company in an early growth phase. It’s a value-driven business with a clear mission that matters, built by a team of around twenty people in central Oslo. Right now they’re at the most exciting part of the journey: moving from a proven concept toward commercial scale.
What you’ll actually be doing
As Office Administrator, you keep the office and the leadership team running, and you get a rare front-row seat to how a technology company is really built from the inside. You’ll work closely with the C-suite, reporting to the Chief Sourcing Officer and supporting the CEO directly.
A typical week looks like:
- Keeping the office running: supplies, suppliers, visitors and deliveries, and a workplace people are glad to walk into
- Giving leadership their time back: owning calendars, meetings and travel, preparing presentations and expense reports, and handling confidential matters with discretion
- Being the dependable link to the Finance and Sourcing teams: coordinating tasks and following up with the people and partners who rely on you
You’ll also get hands-on with the practical side of finance, a useful place to learn how a growing company actually runs: checking incoming invoices, drafting intercompany invoices in line with group policy, helping gather what the auditors need, and keeping SkatteFUNN timesheets signed and on track for project accounting.
Who you are
How you work matters as much as what’s on your CV. You’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing and just does it. You stay calm when five things land at once, you remember the details others forget, and people trust you on instinct, whether it’s a confidential file or their whole week’s schedule. You like people, and it shows.
Why this one’s worth it
You’ll be part of a small, value-driven team where professionalism, responsibility and teamwork are simply how things get done. This is a full-time, on-site role in central Oslo, covering a colleague’s maternity leave from mid-September 2026 until 30 June 2027.
Krav
- You have previous experience working directly with a C-suite or executive team in an administrative or executive-support capacity.
- You are fluent and confident in both Norwegian and English.
- You possess a strong service mindset and the ability to take ownership of everyday tasks.
- You are comfortable working in a young, fast-moving company environment.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
