Are you a passionate chef with a burning desire to create unforgettable dining experiences? Quality Hotel 33 is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef to join our Food & Beverage team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Culinary Excellence & Production: Prepare dishes with precision and passion, ensuring consistently high quality.
- Mise en Place Expert: Execute daily mise en place for à la carte, lunch, and banquet dinners.
- Kitchen Operations & Teamwork: Contribute to daily operations, including food preparation, plating, and adherence to food safety (IK-Mat).
- Inventory Management & Cost Control: Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and minimize food waste.
- Hygiene, Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with regulations.

Krav
- You have documented experience from a similar role as a chef.
- A chef certificate or diploma is desirable, though relevant experience can compensate.

- You are comfortable multi-tasking and making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
