Panzanella Pizzeria, a casual fine dining restaurant located in Stavanger, is seeking a talented pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting ASAP.
Our restaurant is dedicated to serving authentic Italian cuisine, and we view pizza as an art form, crafted with care to deliver an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake Rome style pizza using high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards.
- Manage dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, and shaping.
- Create new pizza recipes and contribute to menu development.
- Ensure consistent presentation and flavor profiles for every dish.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

Krav
- You must have a passion for Italian cuisine and pizza-making.
- You should be able to handle the hot section and prepare dishes like ragu from scratch.
- You must have a strong understanding of traditional cooking methods.
- You must have the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen.
- You must possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- You must be fluent in either Norwegian or English.
