About the job

Working within Ocean Division in the Nordic Sales Company, as an Inside Sales Account Manager you will play a key role in promoting and selling Alfa Laval products and services to customers across the Nordic maritime market. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers, supporting their needs with speed, accuracy, and a proactive commercial mindset.

You will manage customer relationships primarily through digital and remote channels, while collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, service, and technical support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services to customers in the maritime industry.
• Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of customers across the Nordic region.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-up on requests, quotations, and opportunities.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the installed base and customer portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on commercial proposals, and drive opportunities through to closure.
• Collaborate closely with field sales, service teams, and technical support.
• Use CRM and other digital tools actively to manage customer data and sales activities.
