N2/He Test Lead
Dovre Solutions AS is a trusted global provider of high-value project management services. We are looking for an N2/He Test Lead to ensure safe, efficient, and timely planning and execution of N2He leak testing for designated piping systems, equipment, and packages in accordance with Project Completion Strategy, NORSOK standards, and applicable commissioning procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement N2He test procedures and test packs for designated systems.
- Define test boundaries and isolation requirements in coordination with the System Responsible.
- Coordinate and supervise N2He testing crews, including third-party test contractors and technicians.
- Conduct pre-test safety briefings and ensure JSA/SJA are completed prior to pressurized testing activities.
- Plan and execute N2 pressure tests and He snoop/leak detection activities.
- Manage and document all test results, test records, and punch items in PIMS.
- Ensure safe depressurization, purging, and restoration of systems following completed tests.
Krav
- BSc. or MSc. in Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Documented hands-on experience with N2/He leak testing and pressure testing of process piping on the Norwegian Continental Shelf or Onshore.
- Experience from NORSOK projects and familiarity with NORSOK leak testing requirements.
- Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities to manage testing crews.
- Good knowledge of English and Norwegian languages, both written and verbal.
