About the Casing Barrier Solutions Department

CBS (Casing Barrier Solutions) is Interwell’s newly established department, dedicated to delivering next-generation barrier solutions. We have recently launched our CBS product line and are experiencing strong momentum, with high operational activity and several global contracts secured.

To support this growth, we are now looking for an adventurous and motivated individual who is eager to join us in the early phase --- helping shape, develop, and build CBS into a world-leading product line within Interwell. As a Senior Account Manager CBS you will support and expand our Interwell’s CBS product line by building strong client relationships, promoting innovative technologies, and managing regional sales and tender activities. You will also gather market insights and deliver both technical and commercial presentations.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Customer Champion -- build, develop and maintain a strong network of key clients
  • Promote new and strategic solutions, with a focus on barrier monitoring technologies
  • Plan, facilitate and take ownership of regional sales and marketing activities
  • Develop and execute account plans in alignment with customer strategies and objectives
  • Support domestic and international opportunities -- travel may be required
  • Provide regional support in tender processes
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of terms & conditions and commercial considerations
  • Collect, analyze, and present relevant market intelligence
  • Develop and present technical and commercial presentations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Krav

  • BSc or MSc degree, or 10+ years of relevant experience in Drilling, Completion, and P&A operations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience with drill-pipe conveyed downhole operations.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and service-minded.
  • Experience with tender processes and technical sales, with solid understanding of related commercial aspects.
