Head of Finance

Mystore is entering its next phase of growth. We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead and modernise our financial operations, strengthen our back-office processes and provide the insight needed to support smarter decisions across the company.

This is a strategic leadership role and part of Mystore’s management group. You will work closely with senior leadership, our owners and teams across the organisation to ensure that Mystore has the financial structure, systems and insight needed for long-term growth.

What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support Mystore’s growth and long-term goals.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial reporting for senior leadership and owners.
• Provide clear financial insight to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, financial laws, with overall responsibility for company compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Modernise back-office functions through automation, AI, improved workflows and better financial systems.
• Work closely with department heads to align financial processes with operational goals.
