At Mediq, quality and sustainability are essential to how we support healthcare every day. We are now seeking a Quality Manager who wants to make a meaningful impact, both locally in Norway and across the Nordics.
About the role
As Quality Manager, Norway, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards for quality, compliance, and Sustainability. You will lead the continuous improvement of our Management System within a regulated medical device distribution environment. You will combine local responsibility with close Nordic collaboration, working across functions to drive improvement, share best practices, and support regional initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations such as EU MDR/IVDR, GDP requirements, including storage, transport, traceability (UDI, batch/lot), complaints, vigilance, and recall processes.
- Maintain and continuously improve the QMS/EMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001), including implementation of processes, procedures, documentation governance, and organizational responsibilities.
- Manage nonconformities, CAPA, risk-based thinking, and compliance monitoring, including GAP analyses and continuous improvement activities.

Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management within medical devices or another regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EU MDR/IVDR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and international environments.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
