Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain procurement plans.
  • Preparation of inquiries, clarifications, evaluations and placing of orders.
  • Follow up purchase orders including expediting, invoice and payment.
  • Commercial reporting to the project and final invoice.
  • Keep the project personnel aware of the procurement status.
  • Cooperate with Logistics department at all times to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support overseas projects and travel to office locations.
  • Participate on mobilisation on sites when required.
  • Source potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Krav

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Educated to a degree level in the area of business or legal is preferred.
  • Possess high commercial awareness.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Organised and able to manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and contribute to continuous improvements.
