At Bergen Engines, we're looking for a commercially driven and technically curious Sales Manager to help shape the future of marine power and propulsion. This is an opportunity to join a globally recognized engineering company at an exciting stage of growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing key customer accounts and markets within Europe, with opportunities to support customers globally.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with shipowners, ship designers, shipyards and strategic partners.
- Leading sales opportunities from initial customer dialogue through bidding, negotiation and contract signing.
- Representing Bergen Engines at customer meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
- Collaborating closely with technical and project teams to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
- Taking ownership of a market segment as Segment Lead for the right candidate.

Krav
- You possess a strong combination of technical understanding and commercial awareness.
- You have experience from sales, business development, marine, energy or related industries.
- You hold a technical education from either University or Upper Secondary School, or have relevant work experience that compensates for this.
- You have excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You have the ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.
- You have a proactive mindset and a willingness to travel when needed.
