Graduate 2027 - Geoscientist

About the position

We are looking for 2 graduates to join Vår Energi within Exploration & Subsurface. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within Exploration & Subsurface, you'll be part of a collaborative team working to find and deliver new oil and gas resources while developing your skills through real projects from day one. You will:

• Help to generate new exploration ideas, generate prospects and develop them towards drilling
• Work with seismic interpretation and well data to understand the subsurface
• Contribute to planning and follow up of exploration and production wells
• Work closely with other geoscientists, engineers and license partners, collaborating across the wider organisation
