About the position
We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Production. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you will be working with
As a graduate within Production, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Contribute to operational performance improvement by identifying and supporting the implementation of AI-driven and data-enabled use cases, focusing on efficiency, production optimisation, and safe operations.
- Collaborate across Operations, IT & Digital, and other business functions to mature data utilisation and pilot digital initiatives, strengthening cross-functional ways of working and value delivery.
- Build and apply AI and data competencies to support decision-making, improve data quality, and enable more proactive and predictive maintenance and inspection practices.
- Support continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by translating operational needs into scalable solutions, contributing to standardisation, simplification, and increased use of digital tools.

- You are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree within relevant studies.
- You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You take initiative and show curiosity for learning.
- You approach challenges with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
- You act responsibly and prioritise safety in your work.
