About the position

We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within the Quality & Risk area in Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within the quality & risk area you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:

• Maintain high-quality project data and system performance
• Support AI, knowledge bases and digital workflows
• Help users adopt the system and work more effectively
• Drive improvements that make project execution simpler and smarter
• Cross-functional collaboration

You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
