About the position
We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Commercial. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you will be working with
As a graduate within Commercial, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Crude and NGL sales follow-up
- Crude and NGL sales shipping operations and planning
- Contribute to the digitalization of the Crude and NGL sales area
- Crude and NGL sales reporting to management and authorities as required
- Cross-functional collaboration

- You are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree within relevant studies.
- You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You take initiative and show curiosity for learning.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and across disciplines.
- You approach challenges with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
