About the position
We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). With equity stakes in around 50% of all producing assets on the NCS, we are the third largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway. What you will be working with
As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Perform process and utility system surveillance, optimisation and troubleshooting for an operated asset
- Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives within the Process discipline
- Conduct technical evaluations with guidance and mentoring
- Lead minor studies with guidance and mentoring
- Work in a cross-discipline (technical, operations, maintenance, projects) environment
You will be given responsibility early on, with support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.

Krav
- You must be recently graduated or graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- You should have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You should demonstrate initiative and a strong curiosity for learning.
- You must be able to work collaboratively and across different disciplines.
- You should approach challenges with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
