About the position
We are looking for graduates to join Vår Energi within Project Development. As part of our graduate programme, you will work on real business challenges from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you will be working with
As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:
- Perform surveillance, optimisation, troubleshooting and failure analysis of static mechanical equipment (e.g. pressure vessels, piping, valves and heat exchangers) on operated assets.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and improvement initiatives within the Static Mechanical discipline, including material selection, integrity assessments and design verification, with guidance and mentoring.
- Contribute to technical evaluations and assessments, including review of vendor documentation, engineering deliverables and compliance with applicable standards.
- Lead minor studies and technical tasks within the static mechanical scope, with support and mentoring as needed.
- Work in a cross-disciplinary environment (technical, operations, maintenance, projects) and interface with vendors and fabrication yards.

- You are recently graduated or will graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree within relevant studies.
- You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You take initiative and show curiosity for learning.

- You act responsibly and prioritise safety in your work.
