Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up the daily operation of the production lines in collaboration with the production management team.
• Ensure efficient production with high quality and a focus on food safety.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and production procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of production processes in collaboration with production management and the technical team.
• Plan and allocate work tasks to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow up on deviations and contribute to corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to stable operations and good utilization of production capacity.
