As our Senior Bid Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and securing some of Cegal's most important tenders globally. This is not a coordinator or administrator role. You will be accountable for leading strategic bid processes, driving win strategies, challenging assumptions, and bringing together the right people, insights, and commercial direction to position Cegal to win.

You will bring structure, clarity, and commercial judgement to complex opportunities, working closely with teams across business units, countries, and disciplines to develop compelling proposals that address customer needs and reflect Cegal's strengths. Your ability to understand customer requirements, define what it takes to win, and lead cross-functional collaboration will directly influence our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving appointed tenders into successful wins in compliance with Cegal's tender processes.
  • Gathering and developing the information required for proper qualification of appointed tenders.
  • Defining and driving actions related to the win strategy for appointed tenders.
  • Contributing to risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
  • Supporting all Business Units and countries globally.

Krav

  • You must have a valid working visa for Norway as Cegal does not sponsor visas.
  • You must demonstrate strong project management ability and experience driving cross-functional bid-team collaboration.
  • You are expected to define and execute clear win strategies for assigned tenders from the initial stage.
  • You must be capable of preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of bids to ensure all services are included in the final price.
  • You must possess a relentless 'can do' attitude and a positive mindset.
