Norwegian Customer Consultant in Torrevieja, Spain
We are now looking for customer-focused employees for our client's office in Torrevieja!
We are searching for those who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. Our customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations and it is important to us that they receive the right assistance. As a customer consultant, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed.
As a customer consultant, your tasks will involve receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance. To accomplish this, you will work as a customer consultant in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible. Additionally, you will assist our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance.

Krav
- You must be fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
- You must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
