Order Coordinator

NOV Rig Technologies is looking for a customer-focused Order Coordinator to join our Spare Parts Support Team in Kristiansand. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills, is comfortable working with numbers, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process, ensuring orders are managed accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the success of a global organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Register, process, and follow up spare parts orders for both external and intercompany customers.
  • Serve as the customer's main point of contact throughout the entire order process, from order entry to final delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to ensure efficient order execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service.
  • Support the order completion process by performing pre-invoicing checks, processing credit notes, maintaining customer portals, and carrying out reporting and document management tasks.
  • Work in a structured and systematic manner while maintaining strong attention to detail and a critical eye for quality.

Krav

  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Administration, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Candidates must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Norwegian and English are required.
  • Applicants should demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer support role is considered an advantage.
