Senior Business Analyst

Heli-One (Norway) AS has an opening for a Senior Business Analyst. This is a new, full-time role dedicated to providing financial and analytical support to improve operational efficiency and EBITDA performance.

Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting decision-making, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with Operational Managers and the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Monitor performance against targets and develop scenario analyses.
• Management Reporting & Insights: Prepare accurate management reports and translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and investment cases.
• Process Improvement: Streamline reporting and forecasting processes using tools like Excel, ERP systems, and AMOS.
