We are a leading independent Norwegian upstream oil and gas company, built on more than 50 years of experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). With equity stakes in around 50% of all producing assets on the NCS, we are the third largest oil and gas producer and one of the largest exporters of gas to Europe from Norway.

What you will be working with

As a graduate within Project Development, you will contribute to a variety of tasks and projects, such as:

• Contribute to material selection for subsea and topside applications, with focus on safe, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Support qualification and follow-up of suppliers to ensure materials meet technical requirements and project specifications.
• Participate in welding, fabrication, and testing activities, contributing to consistent quality across deliveries.
• Support corrosion management and mitigation activities to maintain asset integrity and operational reliability.
• Contribute to failure investigations and root cause analyses, applying lessons learned to improve designs and work processes.
• Apply relevant standards, codes, and company requirements in your daily work.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver practical and robust engineering solutions.
