Total Rewards Specialist

Vend is looking for a proactive rewards professional to join their high-performing team. You will be responsible for running the operational engine behind core rewards cycles, optimizing workflows with technology and AI, and developing into a regional expert for the Nordics.

The Opportunity

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will work in a lean team of four, managing compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive payouts. You will have the opportunity to work in a listed company environment, gaining all-round rewards expertise while collaborating with cross-border HR partners.

What You Will Do

• Run the operational engine behind Vend's rewards delivery.
• Manage compensation benchmarking and support annual cycles like salary reviews and incentive payouts.
• Collaborate with cross-border HR partners to ensure smooth coordination of rewards processes.
• Critically review existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and digitization using AI and data analytics.
