Total Rewards Specialist
Vend is looking for a proactive rewards professional to join their high-performing team. You will be responsible for running the operational engine behind core rewards cycles, optimizing workflows with technology and AI, and developing into a regional expert for the Nordics.
The Opportunity
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will work in a lean team of four, managing compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive payouts. You will have the opportunity to work in a listed company environment, gaining all-round rewards expertise while collaborating with cross-border HR partners.
What You Will Do
- Run the operational engine behind Vend's rewards delivery.
- Manage compensation benchmarking and support annual cycles like salary reviews and incentive payouts.
- Collaborate with cross-border HR partners to ensure smooth coordination of rewards processes.
- Critically review existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and digitization using AI and data analytics.

Krav
- You have 2-3 years of experience in Rewards, Total Compensation, or a closely related HR function.
- You have a proven track record of supporting the delivery of core rewards cycles and processes.
- You possess strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- You have strong analytical capabilities and a high level of attention to detail regarding data integrity.
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology and are eager to experiment with AI tools and HR tech.
- You have strong relationship-building skills and enjoy collaborating across borders.
