Country Finance Director -- Lead Financial Performance

Pipelife Norge is seeking a Country Finance Director to play a central role in shaping the company's future growth, operational excellence and financial performance. This is a business-critical leadership position, strategic partnering and responsibility for the Business Support Center in Norway.

About the role

As Country Finance Director, you will be the leading finance executive in Norway and a close strategic and operational sparring partner to the Managing Director and the local leadership team. In addition to leading the finance function, you will have overall responsibility for the Business Support Center and play a key role in strengthening business performance, governance and decision support across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Finance, accounting, controlling, reporting, tax and treasury.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance follow-up.
• CAPEX controlling, investment appraisal and post-investment review.
• Procurement, internal control and compliance.
• Leadership and development of the Norwegian Business Support Center.
• Business partnering to local leadership on strategic and operational matters.
• Implementation of KPIs, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
