As we continue to strengthen our position in the global maritime market, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Lead to join our SeaQ® Communications team. In this role, you will be a key contributor within our product development team, helping shape the future of our communication solutions. You will play a central role in developing products that respond to evolving customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends in an increasingly connected maritime landscape.

Duties and responsibilities

• Own the technical scope for key system areas, including ICT infrastructure, networking, voice communication, and infotainment solutions.
• Lead the development, improvement, and lifecycle management of products and supporting delivery tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert within your areas of responsibility.
• Drive or contribute to task groups, product initiatives, and project deliveries.
• Lead hands-on testing, validation, and development activities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and competence development across the organization.
