Your role
- Contribute to the development of new concept designs
- Stability calculations and documentation on concept and newbuilding projects
- Inclining tests
- Project follow-up towards our own shipyard, customers and class societies
- Aftermarket and Research & Innovation activities
- Discipline coordination on newbuilding projects
- Recognized subject matter expert
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to team members
- Improves on existing processes and practices
Krav
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Mandatory previous experience of at least 2 years with NAPA software.
- Strong ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to solve complex issues in a structured and precise manner.
- Demonstrated ownership in decision-making and a commercial mindset.
