NOV Process Systems is seeking an experienced Senior EPC Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex offshore EPC projects for our global customer base. Based in Oslo, Norway, you will manage multidisciplinary projects valued between USD 50--150 million, taking full ownership from project award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and final delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging offshore process module projects, collaborating with engineering teams, fabrication yards, clients, and suppliers across multiple regions. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful project execution while building strong customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of complex offshore EPC projects valued between USD 50--150 million.
• Manage multidisciplinary project organisations consisting of 30--100 team members located across multiple countries and third-party fabrication sites.
• Take full accountability for project performance, including HSE, quality, cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, contractual requirements, international standards, and NOV's project execution processes.
• Drive commercial performance by proactively managing project risks, variations, budgets, and contractual obligations.
