Discipline Leader – Rig & Marine

We are looking to further strengthen our growing organization at Hanøytangen. As a Discipline Leader, you will be responsible for managing assigned scopes within your respective area of expertise. The projects typically involve service and upgrade tasks on floating units such as drilling rigs and ships.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Managing assigned scopes within your respective area of expertise.
• Handling projects from A to Z, covering all disciplines and project phases.
• Managing both technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Coordinating with sub-suppliers and ensuring adherence to shipbuilding standards.
• Reporting to the Head of Projects.
