Shape the future of energy through technical sales
As a Sales Engineer at Hitachi Energy you will be a key resource in sales of transformers to customers several segments such as industry, data center, oil and gas, grid operators and power producers.
How you'll make an impact
- Work with global sales teams to deliver tailored transformer solutions.
- Prepare and present tenders in response to RFPs/RFQs.
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitors.
- Represent Hitachi at industry events and build client relationships.

Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or solution architecture is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
- You must be a collaborative team player with proven problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed is expected.
