Area Manager - sushi & Asian food business

Role Overview

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading store operations across a designated geographical area within the Sushitake group in Norway. This role involves overseeing operational excellence across multiple sites, ensuring consistent achievement of financial, operational, and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service protocols.
• Performance management: Conduct regular visits to review performance, identify issues, and support store managers in reaching goals.
• Health & Safety: Conduct regular auditory reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Financial management: Manage area budgets and analyze financial performance, including sales, profitability, and cost controls.
• Strategic growth: Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
