Pastery Chef/CDP - Speilsalen, Britannia Hotel

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes at a Michelin-star level.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Follow and contribute to the culinary philosophy of Speilsalen.
- Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
- Handle all ingredients with care and a focus on sustainability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety (HACCP).
About Britannia Hotel
Britannia Hotel opened in 1870 and has since been a natural meeting point in Trondheim. After a total restoration, the hotel reopened in 2019 as a modern five-star full-service hotel with six restaurants and bars, a spa, and a conference department. Krav
- Relevant chef certification or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience from a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of both classic and modern cooking techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene procedures is required.
- Must be fluent in Scandinavian or English.
