Senior Backend Developer

Spenn Group is a technology company building and operating a loyalty platform with flexible points in the Nordics. We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our Product & Tech team at our office in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services in Java and Kotlin.
• Event-driven architecture: Develop and operate event-driven services using Confluent Kafka.
• Data management: Model and manage data across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• API & integrations: Design and maintain well-documented APIs for app, web, and partner integrations.
• Quality & reliability: Write clean, well-tested code and ensure observability and resilience in production.
• Technical leadership: Mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• AI-Driven Efficiency: Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development.
