Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Platform / DevOps Engineer to join Spenn Group’s Product & Tech team at our office in Oslo. In this role you own the platform that keeps that promise every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud infrastructure: Design, provision, and operate Spenn’s AWS infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Container orchestration: Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• CI/CD automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Reliability & observability: Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident-response practices.
• Service delivery: Establish and professionalize Spenn's service-delivery practices, including incident management, on-call, and runbooks.
• Security & compliance: Apply security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.
• AI-Driven Efficiency: Utilize and advocate for AI tools to streamline operations and automation.
