Corporate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and supporting key internal processes, and assisting the Kahoot! leadership team with preparation, research, planning, coordination, and the practical implementation of projects
• Providing general support to the CEO and leadership team
• Identifying, building, and piloting AI-powered workflows and automations across the team
• Preparing and facilitating company-wide and business review meetings, and driving follow-up activities
• Supporting strategic management processes and projects involving external partners
• Participating in transaction processes, including market research, due diligence, and documentation
• Coordinating the integration of acquired companies into the Kahoot! Group
• Plan and execute major Kahoot! Group events
• Supporting internal and external communications, including preparing presentations
