What you'll do
As CTO, you'll play a key role in shaping both our organisation and the technology that will power Zaptec's future growth. You'll:
- Lead and develop Zaptec's technology and product organisation.
- Build a strong leadership team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Set the technology direction for Zaptec.
- Help teams do their best work by setting clear priorities and removing obstacles.
- Balance innovation, quality and speed to market.
- Ensure technology and product development support customer needs and business growth.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Executive Management Team and Board on technology and product strategy.
