Role Overview

To improve COWI's customer focus within renewable energy in Norway and further expand our market presence, we are looking for a Senior Market Director to drive business development and sales across the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on power grids, hydropower, thermal energy, and terminals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage market activities within renewable energy while building long-term client relationships.
• Identify leads, establish a strong pipeline, and actively mature opportunities from early dialogue through tenders and contract negotiations.
• Lead tender selection processes and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Lead and contribute to proposal and tender activities, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Participate in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Act as Key Account Manager for selected clients.
