Field Service Technician / Elektriker - EVSE

About the role

As a Field Service Technician, you will perform on-site installations, commissioning, and repair activities for Enphase Energy Systems at residential and commercial customer locations. Working alongside another Enphase technician, you will ensure systems are installed, repaired, tested, and commissioned according to Enphase quality and safety standards.

What you will be doing

• Perform installations of Enphase EVSEs, including repairs and component replacements at residential and commercial sites.
• Install, test, and commission systems according to manufacturer specifications and fire safety standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize system performance.
• Travel regularly to customer locations using an Enphase-provided service vehicle.
• Provide advanced technical support and fault diagnosis for complex issues.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and commissioning results accurately in internal systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to local electrical codes, safety standards, and quality protocols.
