Resource Planner - Production Enhancement

Job description
- Communicate with the onshore Engineers and offshore Service Leaders for planning and optimization of the personnel within the PSL.
- Coordinate Offshore personnel for their schedule, planning and training as required.
- Handle and carry out crew changes in collaboration with the customer.
- Keep track of/check employees' competency, courses, and certificates.
- Booking helicopters, flights, hotels, and courses for employees.
- Registration, updating, and maintenance of personnel data.
- Regularly updating the personnel planning tool, crew change sheets, and other documents as required by the Company / PSL.
- Responsible for optimal allocation of the man-year and ensuring maximum utilization of available offshore days and minimize Overtime for the Company.
- Ensure regular dialogue between the company and offshore employees, including information to and from offshore employees.
- Procure contractors when needed through dialogue with consulting agencies.
- Checking timesheets for offshore personnel monthly for accuracy.
- Responsible for equipment scheduling in SAP/S4 for the operation in collaboration with the Onshore Engineer as required by the Company and PSL.
- Assist operations team with equipment and material loadouts with support from the Engineers.
- Willingness to learn new skills, take additional roles/tasks (multi-skilling) and solution oriented.
- Develop and maintain a strong collaborative spirit in the team.
- Possess / gain knowledge of HMS standards, work methods and processes required to conduct the work efficiently.

Krav
- Technical education, preferably within mechanical or petroleum.
- Must have excellent computer data skills including simple excel spreadsheets, common word documents, and simple system searches.
- Very good knowledge of framework - Oil Service Agreement.
- Must be able to work with short deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Proficiency in both Norwegian and English.
