Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Mission Critical Data Center Infrastructure

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major hyperscale data center construction project in Narvik, Northern Norway. This is a high-impact, high-complexity, mission-critical infrastructure build.

The Opportunity

You will lead the delivery from construction through commissioning and handover, working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. You will be expected to understand the big picture while managing schedule, quality, safety, cost, and risk.

Important: On-site Requirement

This role requires full on-site presence in Narvik, Northern Norway. Remote, hybrid, or rotation-based work is not possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across construction, technical coordination, and commissioning readiness.
• Drive progress on-site and ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, cost, and project milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including MEP, CSA, electrical, mechanical, and automation/BMS.
• Identify delays early and implement practical solutions.
• Build a strong culture around safety, quality, and accountability.
