About the team
Nordic Managed Services enables end-to-end operational responsibility across the Nordics, empowering autonomous teams with trust, accountability, and flexibility. Within this unit, the Service Platform & Automation team drives innovation across service platforms — working with automation, AI, and modern architecture to improve both internal systems and customer-facing solutions.
About the role
As a Developer in Telenor, you will contribute to building and improving digital services for the Nordic market. You will play an important role in delivering secure, automated, and efficient solutions for our enterprise customers. You will join a highly skilled, cross-functional team of developers, architects, and specialists, working in a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.

- You have a strong interest in software development and modern technologies.

- You are collaborative and communicative in both Norwegian and English.
- A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or higher) is beneficial, but not mandatory.
