About the Role

As Vice President Product & Technology, you will be responsible for Neuver Maritime’s product portfolio and technology development. The role combines product management, strategy, technology, and business development. You will lead the work on product strategy, product roadmaps, innovation, and technological development, while ensuring close collaboration between sales, commercial business development, engineering, supply chain, production, project execution, and aftermarket.

Areas of Responsibility

• Product strategy and portfolio management: Develop and maintain the company’s product strategy, establish product roadmaps, and ensure long-term competitiveness and profitability.
• Product management and commercial collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to translate customer insight and market opportunities into concrete product initiatives.
• Technology and innovation: Lead the development of next-generation products, define technical architectures, and prioritize R&D projects.
• Leadership and organizational development: Build and develop a strong Product & Technology organization, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
