Office employee

Bislett Kebab House is looking for an office employee to work in the administrative department.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Receiving employee timesheets, verifying working hours and registering them in the head office database.
  • Creating employee payrolls that will be sent to the accountant.
  • Verifying and approving employee salaries.
  • Sending job-related information to employees via email, SMS and Facebook.
  • Recruiting new employees by advertising vacancies, conducting interviews with candidates and selecting successful candidates.
  • Signing and validating contracts with employees.
  • Handling other matters that may arise in the various branches under the supervision and with the advice of the Human Resources Manager.
