As a Flow Assurance Engineer in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of our ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. You will focus on ensuring the safe and efficient flow of hydrocarbons from reservoir to processing, playing a critical role in project development and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Project contributions: Contribute to flow assurance evaluations for ongoing and future high-profile projects.
- Operational support: Provide essential flow assurance support to operating assets, focusing on optimization and managing production upsets.
- AI & Data solutions: Leverage data analysis and AI tools to solve complex technical problems.
- Cross-functional teamwork: Work within multidisciplinary teams, serving as the bridge between subsurface, subsea hardware, topside processing, and petroleum engineering disciplines.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Actively contribute to our productivity ambition by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

Krav
- You must be a final year student or recent graduate with an M.Sc. degree in Fluid Dynamics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Heat Transfer, Physics, Petroleum Engineering, or a similar field.
- You should possess strong academic achievements and a fundamental understanding of fluid dynamics, fluids, physics, and heat transfer.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Norway for the full duration of the program.
- You should have a willingness to learn Norwegian.
- You should be a self-starter who is eager to learn and takes ownership of deliverables.
- You must be a collaborative team player with clear and concise communication skills.
